1. Adults Only
We provide services only to individuals 18 years of age or older.
2. Authorization Requirement
By requesting service, you represent and warrant that you are:
- The lawful owner of the property or vehicle, or
- A lawful occupant with authority to request service, or
- An authorized agent acting on behalf of the owner or lawful occupant, with permission to request service
3. What We May Request (Examples)
We may request reasonable verification before and or during service. Examples include:
A) Identity
- Government issued photo ID (name and photo)
B) Proof of authority (property)
- Lease, deed, mortgage statement, utility bill, or other documentation showing your connection to the address
- Written authorization from owner or property manager
- Confirmation from a property manager, landlord, or authorized representative
C) Proof of authority (vehicle)
- Vehicle registration, title, insurance card, or rental agreement
- Documentation showing lawful possession
4. Verification at the Service Location
When practical, verification must be provided at the service location. If you are locked out and cannot access documents, we may use reasonable alternative verification methods, such as contacting an owner, manager, or other authorized party.
5. Third-Party Requests (Landlords, Property Managers, Employers)
If a third party requests service for someone else, we may require:
- Proof the third party has authority over the property or vehicle
- Confirmation of who will be present and who can authorize work
- Written or recorded confirmation of authorization where appropriate
6. Refusal or Discontinuation of Service
We may refuse or discontinue service if:
- Authorization cannot be reasonably confirmed
- We suspect unlawful activity
- The request appears inconsistent, coercive, or unsafe
- Conditions at the location present a safety risk
If we have already dispatched, a service call or trip fee and or other charges may apply under our Pricing and Cancellations Policy.
7. Law Enforcement and Emergencies
We may cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement. We may refuse service if doing so is necessary for safety, legal compliance, or to avoid facilitating unlawful activity.
8. Documentation and Privacy
We may make reasonable notes or take photos of hardware or the work area for documentation, quality control, and warranty purposes. Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not request sensitive credentials through web forms (for example, alarm codes or safe combinations).
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date indicates when it was last revised.
